If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of the products you bought, simply send it back with invoice within 7 days from the purchase date. The returned product must be undamaged, unwashed and unused with all original tags attached. In case the delivery gets delayed due to the traffic or transport, we will not be responsible & return will not be applicable in such circumstances since the product delivery is handled by third party.
What qualifies as a return?
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
Wrong product, size or color, considering your ordered product; however, you may experience slight color variations compared to the image on website, due to light effect at the time of photography. For such variation, product return will not be accepted.
Product got damaged during delivery, you may return the product with proper evidence.
How do I return an item?
The original invoice must be enclosed with all returns. We do not accept returns without the original invoice. In case of return, if there was any gift item given, you must return the gift item as well. You can return your items through courier service to our office at the following address:

Kidomen will refund the applicable amount of returned product within 72 working hours in case the payment was taken in advance. Please do remember, in such case the shipping charge will not be refundable.
